1. App Description

Learn Chinese Lite is a comprehensive Chinese language learning application that provides:

HSK vocabulary learning (Levels 1-7)
Character writing practice with stroke order
Reading comprehension exercises
Pronunciation practice and audio feedback
Progress tracking and personalized learning paths
Premium features through VIP subscription

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Available Subscriptions

Monthly VIP: $4.99/month - Access to all premium features for 1 month
Quarterly VIP: $12.99/3 months - Access to all premium features for 3 months
Yearly VIP: $39.99/year - Access to all premium features for 1 year

2.2 Auto-Renewal

All subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

2.3 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase. Subscriptions cannot be cancelled during the active subscription period.

2.4 Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the subscription fee after the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires.

3. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the app only for lawful purposes
Not share your account credentials with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Respect intellectual property rights
Provide accurate information when required

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Learn Chinese Lite, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio clips, and software, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

7. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through the App Store. Refund requests must be made directly to Apple through the App Store. We do not process refunds directly.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
